The name of the office your codes belong to. Changing it does not alter what any settled order recorded.

Your qualifications

A new language pair needs a document behind it, and the name printed on your certificates needs somebody to agree. Both go to an administrator.

The name on your certificates

Printed on every document you certify, which is why it is not yours to retype. A change applies to documents you issue from then on and leaves delivered certificates alone.

Being told

Everything reaches you here whatever you choose — turning email off means "tell me in the app", never "do not tell me". Messages about your account and your password are always emailed, because they reach you when you are not signed in.

A file with everything we hold about you: your account, your orders and what each cost, and every message we have sent you. Your documents are not in it — they stay behind the links on each order, where only you can reach them.
