The engine rebuilds the page
It finds the seals, stamps, signatures, photos and machine lines and protects them; the proofreader checks it found them all. Only the text is replaced, at the same size, in the same place. A photographed page is straightened first.

Questions
Can I upload a photo instead of a scan?
Yes. A phone photo is straightened and cropped before it is read, and the translation is set on the straightened page.
What if part of it is handwritten?
Printed and handwritten text are both translated. A page that is almost all handwriting the engine cannot read is set as a plain text page, and the proofreader checks it like any other.
How are names spelled?
Into English, names are written the way a passport’s machine line writes them, so Ateş becomes Ates and matches your passport.
What if I find a mistake?
Send the translation back from the preview with your reason. The proofreader corrects it, or, if they object to your reason, an administrator decides.
How does the office know it is real?
They enter the code from the certificate page on our verification page. It confirms the record and what it covers, and shows nothing private.
When do I pay?
Before the work starts, once the pages are counted and the total is shown. The final PDF is released when you approve it, or when an administrator settles a dispute.
